Q. How are my ideas handled? Will they be protected?

A: Your ideas are e-mailed to a Gen-Y editor who forwards the idea to an appropriate idea
consultant. No other party will view your idea and your idea will not be shared without your
consent.

Q. What type of ideas can I submit? What type of feedback will I be getting on my
ideas?

A: You may submit any new business idea, or an idea to improve on an existing business. For example, if you believe you have an innovative idea that has not been seen, you may submit the idea and receive feedback on that idea. The type of feedback will depend on how detailed your idea may be. Feedback includes pros and cons we see in your idea and suggestions to make your idea better.

If you have an idea that is widely practiced, such as a car wash or online auction site, you will receive feedback including pros and cons on the particular business and suggestions to
differentiate and improve your business.

Q. How much of the proceeds go towards Junior Achievement?

A: $1.00 of every idea transaction will go towards Junior Achievement in helping them with their mission. To learn more about Junior Achievement, visit their website here.

Q. What is the purpose of this website?

A. Gen-Y.org was founded to help young entrepreneurs develop their business ideas. It is our belief that Generation-Y consists of a large number of entrepreneurs who would like to
eventually own their own business. In order to help our generation in this cause, this website
offers a business idea feedback service to get young entrepreneurs started in the right
direction.

Q. How do I pay for the premium brainstorming?

A. The initial submission of your idea is free. Your idea is then sent to a Gen-Y editor who
sends the idea to an appropriate idea consultant. When the idea consultant finishes the
feedback, an initial segment of the feedback is sent to you via e-mail with the option of
purchasing the entire feedback via Pay Pal. This way, you may evaluate the feedback before you decide to purchase it. $1.00 of the transaction is donated to Junior Achievement.
